I was in Edmonton with some of my siblings to visit our ill mother. We arrived at Beijing Beijing an hour before closing but were welcomed by all. Their menu was vast, and there were actually 2 menus to choose from one being more "Canadian-Chinese" style that most everyone is accustomed to, and another that had more authentic Chinese style dishes. I was pleased to find Black Pepper Beef on this menu, which is not available at very many restaurants, and this one was delicious! In fact, all of the dishes we ordered were done well with good portions. The service was wonderful, with various staff coming to our assistance, explaining dishes and general service. Even though we kept them there late, they were nothing but cheerful the entire time, and giving friendly waves as we were leaving. In short, nothing but the finest ambassadors of your city. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone, and will try to get there again on my next trip to Edmonton.
